Newsletter Kalamazoo Latvian Association Newsletter The Kalamazoo Latvian Newsletter is published about three times a year. This is meant as a communication tool about local news and events for the whole community and includes news from the Kalamazoo Latvian Association, Daugavas Vanagi and the Latvian School.Please send in any news, with photos if possible, or advertising of local services and regional Latvian events to the editor. We like to cover all generations. Suggestions for content are welcome. The newsletter could use more help with the writing of articles and layout. We have help with translations and the Latvian language, though it is under discussion whether to use the spelling of the exile community or current day spelling in Latvia, or a combination.
