White Tablecloth Day

Latvia celebrates Day of the Restoration of Latvian Independence.
It is suggested that you get together with family and
friends to celebrate this with a meal.
Spring Clean-up

Come help clean-up the outside of our Center!

Latvian Cooking
Friday, May 16 – 6 p.m.
Ināra Linda Grendze
Ināra-Linda will do a “ MaizIte Bar”. A basic how to make a good open faced sandwich,
Latvian style. Also, demonstrate how to boil and peel a hard boiled egg,
prepare sliced tomatoes , make a simple pickled onion and
super quick pickles, and other handy hints.
$15 includes snacks, beverages & sample food
